... is closely linked to our emotions. We often react to anger and worry with stomach problems. Stress and grief often cause us to stuff our stomachs with everything we can eat or we feel a complete lack of appetite. Our emotions even influence our stomach lining to such an extent that our defences are lowered and the stomach environment changes so that a bacterium (e.g: Helicobacter pylori - which is the supposed cause of many stomach complaints) has an easy time of it.

Similarly, highly processed foods, synthetic food additives & a lack of antioxidant-rich nutrients have a major impact, all of which irritate, irritate and damage the digestive system. So if we know that we have our well-being in our own hands, we should take conscious action and start changing, reflecting and seeking inspiration NOW.

The aim is to reawaken the body's self-regulation and to look for the actual causes of our complaints.

Anything is possible.
